The Human Resource and Administration Department is responsible for human, financial and material resources. The department is also responsible for provision of administrative and logistical support services in order to ensure effective performance and operations of the OVP.

The department also facilitates the administration of honors and awards to deserving individuals. In addition, the Department is also responsible for developing, monitoring and reviewing institutional policies and legislation in order to ensure effective implementation of programmes.
